Karanganyar — Ratusan guru dan staf Sekolah Dasar yang tergabung dalam Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) Dabin III Ki Hajar Dewantara, Kecamatan Karanganyar, mengikuti kegiatan Halal Bihalal pada Jumat (27/3/2026). Kegiatan yang berlangsung di RM Mbah Wongso ini menjadi momentum mempererat silaturahmi sekaligus memperkuat sinergi antar pendidik.
Hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut Koordinator Wilayah Bidang Pendidikan Kecamatan Karanganyar, Endang Sri Wuryani, M.Pd., bersama seluruh Kepala Sekolah dan guru SD se-Dabin III Ki Hajar Dewantara.
Ketua Dabin III Ki Hajar Dewantara, Tri Sarjono, S.Pd, dalam sambutannya menyampaikan ucapan Selamat Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1447 Hijriah serta permohonan maaf lahir dan batin kepada seluruh peserta. Ia juga mengapresiasi kehadiran para guru dan staf, sekaligus menyampaikan permohonan maaf atas berbagai kekurangan selama menjalankan program kerja.
“Kami mengucapkan terima kasih atas kehadiran Bapak/Ibu semua. Mohon maaf lahir dan batin atas segala kekurangan selama kami menjalankan amanah,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, Ketua KKG Dabin III, Yoga Pratama Aji,S.Pd, menegaskan bahwa Halal Bihalal menjadi momen penting untuk saling memaafkan dan mempererat hubungan kerja.
“Momentum ini bukan hanya untuk saling memaafkan, tetapi juga memperkuat silaturahmi, kerja sama, dan kepedulian antar sesama guru,” katanya.
Koordinator Wilayah Bidang Pendidikan Kecamatan Karanganyar, Endang Sri Wuryani, M. Pd, dalam arahannya menyampaikan adanya perubahan struktur pengawasan pendidikan ke depan. Ia mengungkapkan bahwa pada tahun 2027 akan terjadi pengurangan jumlah pengawas.
“Pada 2027 akan ada sekitar 15 pengawas yang memasuki masa purna tugas, sehingga nantinya hanya tersisa sekitar tujuh pengawas. Hal ini berdampak pada kemungkinan penggabungan Dabin,” jelasnya.
Ia menekankan pentingnya koordinasi lintas unsur untuk menyikapi perubahan tersebut. Menurutnya, K3S, pengurus KKG, dan perwakilan sekolah perlu segera berkoordinasi guna membentuk kepengurusan baru.
“Kami berharap koordinasi segera dilakukan agar pada bulan April sudah terbentuk Dabin baru beserta program kerjanya. Hal ini penting karena pada bulan Mei sudah mulai pelaksanaan penilaian,” tambahnya.
Endang juga mengajak seluruh guru untuk tetap menunjukkan dedikasi dan semangat kerja dalam menghadapi dinamika kebijakan pendidikan.
Rangkaian acara diawali dengan pembacaan ayat suci Al-Qur’an, dilanjutkan ikrar Halal Bihalal, serta tausiyah yang disampaikan oleh Ustadz Larno, S,Pd.
Dalam tausiyahnya, Ustadz Larno mengajak peserta mengambil hikmah dari ibadah puasa melalui analogi perubahan ulat menjadi kupu-kupu. Ia menekankan pentingnya perubahan ke arah yang lebih baik setelah menjalani proses pembinaan diri selama Ramadan.
Selain itu, ia menyampaikan bahwa puasa mengajarkan nilai disiplin, kejujuran, serta semangat dalam menjalankan tugas. Ia juga mengingatkan pentingnya menjaga hubungan dengan sesama, termasuk berbakti kepada orang tua, menjaga keharmonisan keluarga, dan tidak memutus tali silaturahmi.
Kegiatan Halal Bihalal ini diharapkan menjadi momentum untuk memperkuat kolaborasi dan kebersamaan antar tenaga pendidik di lingkungan Dabin III Ki Hajar Dewantara Kecamatan Karanganyar.
